I am seeking a roommate and the place I will get has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the sq feet is around 1050. Pretty spacious. The rent would be $958 or $479 each but it does not include the utilities (electric, water, sewage, trash, fees and WiFi). The cost of utilities would be $180-200. So it would be most likely $569-579 a month per person. The apartment would be on slaughter lane and mechaca road (the actual name of the apartment will be given upon the post-interview).

If you’re interested, please understand that I can’t accept roommates with cats (dogs are welcome!) and roommates that can’t provide reliable proof of income.

About me, I am a deaf 35 years old male with two great and friendly dogs who has a part time job and is a full time student. On most days, I would just spend time with my dogs and take them out for walks or parks nearby. At home, a clean place is always welcome and I’m clean so the ideal roommate would be comfortable with dogs, respects the clean home and pay rent without an issue. I’m easy to communicate with so feel free to ask about the communication.
