Looking for a roommate to sign on to a lease for one year, rent total is $2700, your portion is $1450 since you're taking the master bedroom. Security deposit is half of total rent, application fee is $40 done through the property manager.

Utilities would be split evenly(gas, water, electricity, internet).

My current roommate is planning on moving in with this lady so I'm looking to get someone to take over for him.
