Single male seeking house mate who is respectful, employed or in school, and has their own life (though I’m not dismissing the possibility of a friendship over time). Male or female ok. Introvert or extrovert ok. This is not a party house - no goofy stuff ;)

The room itself is a comfy 10x11’ with a closet, and your private full bathroom is right next to the bedroom. Currently furnished with a queen bed and a nightstand. These can be moved to storage if you have your own bed and furniture. You will have full access to the entire property (besides the master bedroom), including the living room, kitchen, laundry room, back patio, yard and garage. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and make coffee. Parking is available in driveway.

The neighborhood is quiet, suburban, and a 2 minute drive (10m walk) to the corner of W Dittmars and S 1st St, where there’s a variety of cool shops and gas stations. There’s also an amazing food truck park called the Thicket Food Park, where you’ll find a variety of cuisines. We are also a 6 minute drive from Southpark Meadows, an upscale strip mall where you’ll find over a hundred shops and restaurants. So we are well-positioned geographically.

A bit about me: I am a 40 year old music producer and pianist by trade, so sometimes there’s music being made in the house during the day, either in my studio or at the living room piano. You must be cool with this, and preferably you’re at work or school during the day anyway. We can come up with a schedule that works for both of us in terms of the making of music. Beyond that, I’m easy-going and personable, and looking for similar.

Asking 2 months rent up front ($800x2), and we’ll be on a month-to-month contract or a 6-month contract, depending on the situation. The $800 includes utilities; Gas, Electric, Lawn Care and AT&T Fiber high speed internet.
