Make yourself at home in this lovely new-build South Austin luxury condo. Quietly situated minutes from the hustle of the city, you are still only 10 minutes from downtown. This modern condo is perfect for two people to each have their own room or a couple (or a single person, like me!). This condo is my primary residence, so it will be fully furnished with my belongings stowed in some of the the closets and cabinets.
The condo was built in 2020, has a lot of natural light, is on the first floor, and is a bright and quiet space to call home. There is a huge covered patio attached and a small yard and the pool and courtyard are about 30 feet away!

South Austin is the soul of old Austin. The "Keep Austin Weird" mantra is still vibrant in this part of town. There are many local restaurants and coffeeshops in the area and the treasured Austin supermarket, Central Market (the slightly more upscale/organic version of H-E-B) is a 5 minute walk. You can also walk to three yoga studios, Austin Bouldering Project, and a vast network of greenbelt trails for hiking, mountain biking, running, and outdoor climbing. On Saturdays, there is a wonderful farmer's market across the street. The condo complex is quiet, as there are only about 40 units. The pool is often unused and you can have it to yourself. This oasis from the city is the perfect haven while also giving you easy access to all Austin has to offer.
