Conveniently located no more than 12 miles (roughly 20 minutes by auto) from everywhere: the airport, SXSW, ACL and downtown/the infamous 6th Street! We are one block from public transportation that goes straight downtown.

The shared living space is comfortable and inviting. For entertainment choices, Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV and Disney+ are available in the living room. You have an internet TV in your room with Netflix available as well as any other app you might use or have a subscription to.

The bathroom is shared with my other roommate, and you will be responsible to share duties to keep it clean.

The kitchen is open and friendly to use. You'll have space to store food in a cabinet and the fridge.

There is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house and there is a parking space in the driveway.

The room is "medium" in size. There is a queen size bed, a tall dresser, nightstand and a folding door closet. There is a laptop desk and folding chair available.

We are very friendly and kind, rather introverted women that happen to be the same age. My roommate works part time with a varied schedule from week to week. I just retired from 23 years of being a college professor. I offer Professional massage therapy and personal coaching full time in the home 5 days a week.

I have 2 cats that spend most of the time outdoors. The roommate smokes and it is only allowed outdoors/on the back porch.

NOTE: There are security cameras in the doorbell, over the driveway/front of the house and over the back porch.
