The movie room has a 120-inch screen with amazing surround sound. The backyard has a fire pit and a grill. The community has a playground and a well-maintained swimming pool facility.
What I offer: (NOTE: All utilities are included) I have 1 private bedroom (currently furnished) available which includes your own private full bathroom in the room. You are welcome to use all community spaces in the house (i. e. kitchen, dining rooms, family rooms, movie room and backyard). The master bedroom is located downstairs.
What I am looking for: A respectful individual that is clean and organized. No drugs are allowed inside the house (excluding alcohol). Smoking is allowed only outside.
