Property located on a quiet commercial/residential zoned street. Established neighborhood. Updated contemporary 4/2 single family home. Comfortable common area (great room/kitchen) for guests (employed/self-employed professionals) in need of shared, temporary housing. Shared hall bath has a tub/shower. (Each bedroom with keyed locks)

This listing is for a 31 day/night minimum, renewable stay on a month to month basis. This room rate is for one professional adult. Daily & Weekly rates available, after initial 31 day stay, if you chose to extend beyond this booking/reservation.

No Lease Required. No Credit Report run, however, a Government Photo ID & Social Media Profile Link & 14 Day Deposit + First Month's Rent are required, in advance of Check-In.

Management Reserves all Rights for Screening Guests. Available dates on a first come/first serve basis. No property tours offered.

HOUSE RULES

1) Guests are working professional adults who may have differing schedules. Reasonable activity and noise levels are fine. Each guest is expected to respect sleep/work schedules of those who share the home. Follow the golden rule and treat the other guests as you would want to be treated. 10 PM - 6 AM (Quiet Hours) expected daily.

2) Maid service is not provided, other than common area cleaning (floors, hall bath), each month. Please clean up after yourself in the common areas (kitchen, living room, hall bath).

3) No smoking on the premises, other than legal tobacco use on the outside patio areas.

4) Non-guests (Visitors) are permitted on the premises in the common area, while accompanied by booked guests. Non-guests not permitted on the premises during daily Quiet Hours (10 PM - 6 AM).

5) The use of illegal substances is not permitted on the property. Likewise, any sign of public intoxication will be grounds for an immediate eviction.

6) Complaints can be directed to me via email, if a guest notes that another guest does not comply with these House Rules.
