Hey there - looking to sublet my furnished "jr 1 bedroom/studio alcove" in East Austin off Manor Road for a minimum of 2 months as I travel for work. I will be away from May 1 onwards and am flexible on the end date - just message me. I am a woman in my 30s and have decorated the unit with thought.

Same layout as this in the video, but my unit is on the top floor with a better view. Will share furnished photos with serious inquiries.

My lease is through February of '27, and I am flexible on extending our agreement past summer depending on my work situation.

The unit:
There is currently a desk set up with an extra monitor, which I can keep or get rid of to create a little more space for you. Standing desk with a walking pad. In unit W/D, bathroom with storage and tub. Top floor unit with very little sound.

The building:
Gym, pool, hot tub, rooftop, music room, conference room, coffee shops at the end of each block, a few bars and restaurants nearby. This is a great area of East Austin away from the bar noise of East 6th.

Caviet: Must be able to show proof of full-time employment and be willing to sign an agreement with me, single occupant only. Can discuss students/interns on a case-by-case basis. No dogs, but willing to discuss a well-behaved single cat.
