I’m a 33-year-old professional (Buffalo native, now 4 years into Austin) looking to rent out the spare room in my home just south of 12th & Airport. The house is a brand new build — Unit 2 on the property — with great natural light, high ceilings, and a modern design.

I’m looking for someone who doesn’t plan to spend all their time at the house, but is respectful, clean, and cool with my golden retriever, Bill. He’s well-behaved and a big part of the home.
