I'm looking for someone to move into my 623 sq. ft. studio apartment at the end of July! The apartment is located at Berkshire Riverview on Lady Bird Lake, just minutes from downtown Austin, and has a lease-end of 12/19.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself. I'm moving to another unit within the same community, so while I'll remain on the lease through December 19, I will not be living there. The lease has the option to renew if you'd like to stay beyond December.

The apartment has an open layout with a full kitchen, spacious bathroom, and plenty of closet/storage space. The community includes a pool, gym, direct Boardwalk access, and free resident parking. Utilities (except internet) are billed through the property.

I've lived here for over five years and have loved it. Before move-in, I'll have the apartment cleaned so it's ready for its next resident.
