(Boys Only ) Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my lease which lasts from Spring 2026 to July 27, 2027. The lease is a private furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4×4 apartment at Ballpark North in East Austin. Rent is $685 per month + utilites. Move-in is available ASAP or at a date that is convenient for you. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a bed and mattress, desk, couch, dining table, kitchen and laundry appliances. Three other roommates and a cat currently live here and are very chill and quiet. They are all students ranging from sophomore year to graduate school at UT. A shuttle bus to the UT Austin campus is available nearby and it takes approximately 30 minutes to get to campus.

This is a lease relet through the apartment office, not a sublet, and the one-time relet fee will be fully covered by me. There is no security deposit. Community amenities include a fitness center, basketball and sand volleyball courts, a controlled access gate, frequent community events, game room with billiards, and a lagoon-style swimming pool.
