Holly's Rooms

We are two retired veterans looking to share our home with mature, responsible, and respectful housemates. We have two private rooms available in our home, with 1.5 shared bathrooms. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs, as long as we coordinate in advance.
Our home offers great shared spaces, including a large backyard with a pool, fire pit, and gazebo—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. We also share our home with two playful dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable around pets. At this time, we aren’t able to accept additional animals.
We value cleanliness, timeliness, and a peaceful environment. Smoking is permitted outside only. While we don’t require a formal background check, we do expect all house rules and agreements to be respected.
This is a great fit for an individual, couple, or small family who’s looking for a welcoming, well-kept space with housemates who care about maintaining a comfortable and friendly home.
