$750 room ABP in creative pflugerville home

Unfurnished room for rent in 3 bed / 2 bath house in Pflugerville. Gatlinburg neighborhood.
I am the property owner and would be the only other occupant of the home.

Move in date: Can be right away, next month, or more? I want a roommate to help with the bills, but I am in no rush if it takes a while to find someone cool.
Rent: $750 ABP - utilities include electric, gas, water, trash, Internet. (Stream instead of using cable TV. I have Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc)
Contract: Length of lease negotiable, can do month to month if interested.
Deposit is $500.

ABOUT THE ROOM: roughly 11x12 feet, with a closet. Unfurnished.
There is a guest bathroom which would be predominately yours, as there are seldom guests. You will also have open access to kitchen, living room, backyard, garage for a little storage, washer and dryer and driveway parking space. (If you enjoy doing yardwork we may be able to negotiate a bit of a rent discount.)

ABOUT ME: I am a middle-aged teacher. I work at a high school in Austin so I have the traditional school day work schedule. I am a little nerdy and fairly liberal politically. I have a quiet home except when my nieces and nephews come to visit. I keep the place clean enough for a busy teacher, but usually have to catch up on chores over the weekend.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IN A ROOMMATE: Reasonably clean, responsible, and mature. Be willing to contribute to chores. Be able to pass a background check and no evictions. You get bonus points if you are a TV connoisseur and want to keep up with The Bear, Severance, What We Do in the Shadows, and the Great British Baking Show, of course..
