Hey y'all! I'm looking for someone to share my home in Mueller off Manor Road in the 78723 area.

A little about me: I'm a native Austinite in my early 30s and tend to stay pretty busy. I'm usually on the move, whether that's getting outdoors, hiking, catching live music, checking out new restaurants, spending time with friends, or exploring everything Austin has to offer. I enjoy cooking, board games, and being social, but I'm also pretty easygoing and appreciate having a comfortable place to come home to.

I've owned the house since 2021 and have really enjoyed making it a comfortable place to call home. There's a great backyard to enjoy, and the house has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. I'm also a dog person, so being comfortable around dogs is a plus!

Who I'm hoping to find:

Someone who's responsible, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. It'd be great to find someone who enjoys a friendly household and is down to occasionally cook dinner, catch a game, have a drink, or hang out. At the same time, I have a pretty active social life and am in and out of the house often, so there's plenty of room for everyone to have their own routines and space.

I'm pretty easygoing and want everyone to feel comfortable in their home.

I'm also very happy to work with someone on the rental arrangement, timing, and other details for the right fit. Finding a good person and making sure it's a great situation for everyone is more important to me than sticking to a rigid set of expectations.
