Hey ladies! I’m looking for two female roommates to join me in my home in South Austin (78747)! I have two private bedrooms available with a shared full bathroom.

*Room 1 (Pictured): Furnished room with a Murphy bed and desk setup
*Room 2: Unfurnished (ready for your personal touch, or can be furnished upon request)

About Me & Household Vibe: I'm a working professional who maintains a clean, organized space. I’m looking for like-minded housemates who are responsible, respectful, and mindful of shared areas. I enjoy having friends over occasionally, and feel free to do the same! I also have one sweet senior dog who spends most of his days sleeping, sunbathing, or waiting on a walk.

Neighborhood & Location: Located in a great neighborhood with community amenities including a pool, dog park, and walking trails where you'll frequently see deer! Super convenient access to I-35, McKinney Falls State Park, Southpark Meadows (shopping & dining), and about 23 minutes to downtown.

Lease Details:
*Rent: $1,000/month per room
*Utilities: Split evenly
*Lease Term: 6-month lease (with potential to extend, but not guaranteed)
*Screening: Background check required
*Pets: No cats, unfortunately, due to allergies. Additional pets are not preferred, but considered on a case-by-case basis.
