The bedroom can come furnished with bed and small dresser or you can bring your own furniture whichever you prefer.

Bathroom is shared but can be private for an additional small fee. Monthly rate includes access to wifi, laundry, kitchen, all common areas, and tv. I also have an additional second room that can be rented for storage or as a office if needed. 4 bedroom home 2 and a half bath.

About us - I am a single mom looking for reliable professional with your own transportation. I love to cook and garden. My son is 17 but very clean respectable works and goes to school. We have a small yorki poodle and are open to pets as long as the pet is house trained. We have a beautiful pond and garden out back. No smoking allowed inside.
