1. 2300 sqft house, cul-de-sac, 2.5bath. Shared baths.
2. 2x 40yr+ males, and 2 females, friendly 70lb mutt dog that treats every housemate like family, and a 13lb mini pinscher mix.
3. Full kitchen downstairs with 2 refrigerators, and mini kitchen upstairs.
4. Laundry onsite
5. Usually on our own schedules, including meals.
6. Off-street parking.
7. Bus stop is 5 minute via bicycle or 15-20 minute walk.

You:
1. Month-to-month (unless weekly or daily) lease for a room and shared: bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry.
2. Common-area tasks partitioned out. E. g. Clean bathroom, or vacuum, etc.
3. Room has queen Murphy bed setup, interesting closet space, and other furniture as desired.
4. Other areas or storage are also available, possibly for a fee.
5. Mature, likes dogs, respectful, responsible, tidy in common spaces.
6. Non-smoking/vaping and no drunkenness in house.
7. Friendly or hermit are welcome.
