1. 2300 sqft house, cul-de-sac, 2.5bath. Shared bath.
2. 2x 40yr+ males, and 2 females, friendly 70lb mutt dog that treats every housemate like family, and a 13lb mini pinscher mix.
3. Full kitchen downstairs with 2 refrigerators, and mini kitchen upstairs.
4. Laundry onsite is provided by one of the tenants, and is not guaranteed continued access.
5. Usually on our own schedules, including meals.
6. Common-area tasks. E. g. Clean bathroom, vacuum, etc.
7. Off-street parking.
8. Bus stop is 5 minute via bicycle or 15-20 minute walk.

1. Month-to-month lease for a room and shared: bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry if operable.
2. Room has queen Murphy bed setup, interesting closet, and optionally other furniture.
3. Other areas or storage are also available, possibly for a fee.
4. Mature, likes dogs, respectful, responsible, tidy in common spaces.
5. Non-smoking/vaping and no drunkenness in house.
6. Friendly or hermit are welcome.
