2. 2x 40yr+ males, and 2 females, friendly 70lb mutt dog that treats every housemate like family, and a 13lb mini pinscher mix.
3. Mini-kitchen upstairs (see pic) and full kitchen downstairs.
4. Laundry onsite is provided by one of the tenants, and is not guaranteed continued access.
5. Usually on our own schedules, including meals.
6. Common-area tasks. E. g. Clean bathroom, vacuum, etc.
7. Plenty of off-street parking.
8. Bus stop is 5 minute via bicycle or 15-20 minute walk.

1. Month-to-month lease for a room and shared bathrooms and shared full kitchen and shared mini kitchen upstairs and shared laundry if operable.
