Upscale Northwest Hills Home in a supreme location with incredible views of the Arboretum and surrounding landscape, minutes from the Domain, St. David's Hospital, Tech Businesses, Restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Nordstrom Rack, Movie Theaters and more. And only 8 miles to downtown Austin via Mo-Pac.

You will have private access to the bedroom surrounded by the greenbelt. The bathroom is private, but it is not attached to the bedroom. There is a TV complete with my current streaming subscriptions (which changes from time to time).

Uber's/Lyft's are plentiful in the area and pick me up quickly. Street parking is free.

There are stairs in the home, and the bedroom is down stairs, as is the living room. The kitchen, entrance, dining room, bathroom and back deck are on the main level.

Please, no parties or loud noises.

In addition to your exclusive access to a bedroom and a full bathroom, you'll have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, half-bath, both front and back decks.

This is a pet-free, smoke-free home.

There is plenty of room for your food in my refrigerator.
