Room Available in North University

I'm looking for a roommate to fill a room starting August 1st for the upcoming year (earlier move-in (June/July) available). The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath in a house in North University (about 10-15 minute walk to campus) that has been converted into a four-plex. Rent is $1640 ($820 each) not including utilities, which run between $80-150 each. The apartment is pet-free. The house has shared laundry between the four units, but I’ve never had an issue doing laundry when I need to.

I'm 25 and heading into my second year of law school, so I spend most of my time studying. I'm very neat and clean and would love to be friends with my roommate. I'm from New Orleans originally and I love to read, thrift, go to concerts, go on walks, visit museums, and check out bars/restaurants around me! I love a good movie marathon or night in as well. I would like to live with another grad student around my age, preferably female.
