Nice private room and bath in 2-2 condo

Newly renovated kitchen.

I’m a 65-year-old retired male seeking a housemate. I own a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo. The kitchen and bath were recently renovated, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit.

I live off Burnet and West Anderson. It’s convenient to restaurants, shops, and HEB.

When I worked, I was an appraiser and owned my own business. I am friendly, quiet, and easy-going. I’m looking for someone similar - male or female.

If you are willing to remind me to take my daily medications, I will take $300 off the monthly rent. This help is optional and not a requirement for being housemates.

Room and Bath

Your room is bright with lots of natural light. The bath is newly renovated with glass tiles in the tub/shower. I am willing to spend some rent money on new sheets and other items you might need.

Property

The condo is on the second floor. The complex is quiet, well maintained, and has a pool. There is a nice covered patio right outside my front door. Off-street parking is available.

Costs

Regular Rent: $800 a month
Reduced Rent: $500 a month (with meds help)
Utilities: $0 (they are included in the rent)
Deposit: $400 (refundable when you move out minus any repairs)
