- Front/back patios
- Detached back studio (workout and crafting space): This space is a bit in flux - happy to help you set up a desk back there as well. Workout space currently has a modest but growing collection of free-weights, weight bench, etc (feel free to use)

About Me:
I’m a first-year PhD student at UT in biomedical engineering. New to the Austin area, but slowly exploring the city. Currently seeking a roommate or two to live with me and my live-in robot butler Geronimo (see pic X). I love cooking, crafting, active lifestyle, playing games and hanging out with friends.

Lifestyle: I’m usually a bit of a night owl, but with early mornings for class and work, I’m usually winding down by 12:30. That being said, I try to keep things as quiet as possible at night for others since I know schedules vary.

Social: I enjoy living and interacting with roommates, being friends is an important part of living with somebody for me. I like to share common spaces, feel like they’re open to all and accessible is a priority of mine. I also believe that being friends and comfortable around one another helps us keep each other accountable in a way that doesn’t introduce stress or anxiety.

Cleanliness: I like maintaining a clean and organized space - Geronimo helps a lot with this, but I value tidying up common spaces, putting away dishes, etc.

Vibes: This is definitely more of a cozy “home” than a party house, but socializing and hosting events is something I encourage and enjoy (as long as everybody is comfortable with them)

- Adjacent to Airport Blvd, easy access to avoid I-35 traffic

Distance to UT Campus:
- Bus: ~20 minute commute (9 minute walk to #7 (Duval/51st), 9 minute ride to campus)
- Bike/Scooter/etc: ~15-20 minutes
- Car: 8 minutes
- Walking in mid-August with a flat: ~1 hour, don’t ask me how I know :)

Local Amenities:
- Groceries: HEB Muller (1 mile), HEB Red River (1 mile, on the way home from UT) Sprouts (0.5 mile), Red River Market (1.7 miles, on the way home from UT), some other smaller grocery stores but they’re all kinda expensive in my experience
