The cost to move in is first months rent $725 plus security deposit $725 Google Fiber Wi-Fi, gas, and monthly maid service for the common areas is included ( Electric City of Austin utilities is extra ).

Month to month is available but we would prefer someone more long-term ( 6 months to a year ).

We are three laid back, clean, drama free, hard working male professionals offering a very spacious bedroom with a shared bathroom.

The community is very safe, quiet, and has many nearby conveniences ( grocery, convenient store, restaurants, coffee shops, bicycle shop, bars etc. ). We are less than ten minutes from Downtown, The Domain, and minutes from UT campus. It’s a very bicycle friendly neighborhood and the free public pool is only a few blocks away.

We are looking for a hard working professional that is clean, enjoys living with others, and pays rent on time. Please respond with some detailed information about yourself ( Where are you from?
