Spacious 1 Bedroom In north Austin

The room

I am listing a spare room in my 1600 sq ft house in the quail creek neighborhood in north Austin. The room is unfurnished, but pretty spacious at 14' x 9.75' or 135 sq ft. (4.25m x 3m or 12.5 sq m)

Laundry, appliances, pantry, etc are all included in the rental. No smoking allowed in the house.

Rent is $650 plus utilities which range from $90-$150 (depends on season and how much AC we're running), they include electric, gas, water, internet (google fiber), and lawn service. ( I also have a slightly smaller room available for $600 per month)

It's located within 2 miles of i35, mopac, 360, 183, HEB (<1mi), Target(<1mi), and plenty of dining options. The location is well serviced by several public transit routes with bus stops at the end of the block. It is also on the night owl route which means 22 hours a day bus service.

About myself: I'm a middle aged tech guy who is mildly sociable, but mostly keep to my pets and hobbies. If I am not stuck at my desk, I am probably out and about or cooking something in the kitchen.
