We're Sai and Dustin, a friendly and easy-going married couple on the hunt for an amazing third musketeer to share our comfy Austin home. If you're a student or young professional looking for a relaxed, respectful, and fun place to live, keep reading!

Dustin's probably tinkering with a new gadget, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen (bonus points if you like taste-testing!), or deep in a board game.
Sai's likely curled up with a good book, planning our next (low-key) weekend adventure, or adding to her ever-growing plant collection.
Together, we enjoy exploring Austin's food scene (tacos are a food group, right?), catching live music, chilling with a movie, and generally keeping things positive and respectful. We're clean and tidy (but not obsessively so – we’re human!).

You're a student or young professional who's responsible, considerate, and knows how to clean up after yourself (major brownie points!).
You appreciate a good balance of social time and personal space. We’re happy to hang out, share a meal, or binge-watch a new show, but also totally respect a closed door and quiet time.
You're friendly, communicative, and drama-free. Good vibes only, please!
You pay bills on time – or are open to trades!
