I have a furnished private room with private attached bathroom in a quiet North Austin home. The room is approximately 15.7 × 11.5 ft. and includes a new bed, walk-in closet, dresser, desk and chair. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, providing excellent privacy. Rent is $800/month with utilities and Wi-Fi included.

The house is conveniently located near MoPac and Parmer. Nearby employers and institutions include St. David’s North Medical Center, Apple, IBM, ACC Northridge, the Domain, and more.

The neighborhood also has plenty of fun restaurants and cafes. A major grocery store (H-E-B) is within walking/biking distance. There are two major bus lines nearby, a UT Shuttle stop, several shopping centers, and much more.

Room availability: after August 17th
Lease: 6 months, $800/month, deposit $800
No smoking or drug use.
No pets of any kind are allowed.
