Hello! I need someone to take over a lease I have going on until 06/30/2026. I currently have a room and shared bathroom in a house in south austin about 10min from the airport and 15min to downtown. The rent is $625/mo and utilities are about $90/mo. There is parking in the driveway as well as on the street. Looking to sublet to a woman only, as the 3 roommates are women. The room has a bed (queen) that I bought but won’t be taking with me, so you won’t have to worry about purchasing one. The home itself is furnished in the living room and dining area. The house has a backyard that is fenced in, and the neighborhood is very family friendly with an HEB down the road. I can send pictures to anyone that is interested.
