Seeking flexible & reliable Live-in PT House Assistant in exchange for private bedroom & all utilities in our newly built Agave home. This room & adjacent bath typically rents on Airbnb for $1250 monthly.

Schedule: Task-based, averaging 15 hours/week.

Responsibilities can include: Light housekeeping; one Airbnb guest-room/bathroom turnover; laundry, errands etc; supplemental care for senior pets; & light supplemental assistance for our elderly mother, including meal prep & medication reminders.

Accommodations: Private bedroom, shared bathroom, all utilities (including w/d and high-speed Wi-Fi). Additional pay for approved work beyond base hours or overnight coverage. Security cameras are present.

Requirements: 3-5 references. Patient and empathetic, detail-oriented, comfortable with seniors/pets, able to climb stairs, & respectful of vegetarian-only cooking.
