Need two professional, full-time working roommates to fill two unfurnished bedrooms in a 3-bed, 2-bath house.

I’m looking for a quiet, low-key living environment. Occasional / lite drinking and smoking is fine as long as it’s kept low-profile, in your room or outside. Every now and then friend hangs are great, but no parties. I have two friendly cats. No other pets preferred, though a very calm, small dog might be considered.

Lease Term
- Looking for full commitments through the end of June. You are welcome to renew directly with the leasing agency at that point (I will be moving out).

Move-in Requirements:
- Proof of stable income
- First and last month’s rent.

- Doesn't feel like you're in the middle of the city.
- Close to Balcones District Park that feeds into Walnut Creek trail network for running, walking, or biking.

Me
I work full-time hybrid, so I work out of the front study some days and away from home on others. In my free time, I am into cooking, playing basketball, collecting vinyl, running, watching / going to movies, and seeing live music.
I’ll take care of house upkeep like lawn care, air filters, light bulbs, submitting maintenance requests, etc.
