Safe, quiet, respectful environment

We gotta furnished 11'x13' bedroom with shared bath.

Great location! It's a 3-2 house about one minute by car to a convenience store and a library, 5 minutes to a grocery store, and 5 minutes to a mall (The Domain). We've convenient access to Mopac and are about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Our neighborhood has a park/pool, trails, and lots of commercial amenities within 5 minutes of the house.

Near: National Instruments, IBM, Apple, Domain, Parmer Lane, ACC Northridge, 183, Braker Ln, Arboretum, more.

The attached images show the space. There are small differences in current furnishings. The room has a bed and an end table/filing cabinet. I can also make a desk available.

Monthly rent = $750 plus split utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet) that average ~$150. This rent includes a $50 discount that is not going away anytime soon. Open to a short-term arrangement.

There is a written agreement for the peace of mind of everyone. The process includes a criminal and credit check (looking for nothing aside from traffic violations and no credit delinquencies).

We got limited public transportation. Nearest bus stop is Route 142 (offers limited service on weekdays) at Amherst Drive and Adelphi Lane (about 6 blocks). Route 340 is 1.7 miles away and Route 803 (Domain Station) is 2.3 miles away.

Good fit for people who are stable, quiet, laid back, respectful (sound levels, clean shared space, others belongings) non-smokers and do not have pets.

I am the homeowner and am there some of the time. Currently there are 2 guys in their 20s who live at the house. Both work in tech. We all lean geeky and introverted. We are friendly. We have our own social lives. So it's more important to us to have someone who is easy to live with than to find someone for doing social things together.
