FURNISHED ROOM WITH WALK-IN CLOSET NEAR THE DOMAIN (ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED), MONTH TO MONTH OKAY

Looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet space in North Austin? We have a furnished bedroom available in a spacious 3-bed, 2-bath house in Milwood.

RENT: $725 / month (All utilities, electricity, water, gas, and high-speed Wi-Fi are fully included) for a 3 month or longer agreement.

MONTH-TO_MONTH TRIAL PERIOD: To ensure the house is a perfect fit for everyone, we start on a flexible month-to-month basis with a rent of $775. You are then welcome to stay on the $775 rate on a month-to-month basis to keep the flexibility. If we both decide the household is a great match and you transition to a longer lease (3, 6, or 12 months), the rent drops to $725/month and $50 is immediately credited toward your second month's rent, effectively making your rate $725 for the first month also!

• 10’x12’ Furnished Bedroom: $725/mo long-term rate. Features a great walk-in closet with ample built-in shelving. Includes a bed, desk, and chair so it's entirely move-in ready.

THE HOUSEHOLD & PERKS:

• THE NOMADIC LANDLORD ADVANTAGE: I am a nomadic homeowner and am rarely at the property (only briefly visiting for upgrades or move-ins). You will essentially have the common areas, living room, and large kitchen to yourselves!

• ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED: Rent strictly covers all utilities (electricity, gas, water) and high-speed Wi-Fi. No hidden fees or split bills.

• THE BATHROOM LAYOUT: The primary bedroom in the back has its own private bath. The tenant in this room uses that bathroom exclusively. This means you will only share the second bathroom with one other roommate.

• MAID SERVICE OPTION: I am open to chipping in on a professional house cleaning service. If the household collectively votes to split the maid service 3-way, I will pitch in on the split to subsidize it 4 ways to keep your cost incredibly low.

• 5 MINUTES FROM THE DOMAIN: Restaurants, shopping, nightlife, Amazon, and major tech employers. Just 20 minutes to Downtown.

The current housemate is a guy in his 20s who works in tech—he’s quiet, friendly, easygoing, and has a gentle demeanor. Whether roommates choose to do social activities together is entirely up to them—our top priority is simply living together in harmony.
