Renting one room in my 4-bed house in Manor (78653), on a quiet residential street about 22 minutes from UT with fast SH-130 access south toward Tesla and Del Valle.
Because I'm only renting one of the three upstairs rooms, the full upstairs bathroom is yours alone — a private bath at a shared-room price.

Full run of the house except my bedroom and office: kitchen, two living areas, back patio with bar
Garage gym with AC

The room: main upstairs bedroom, roughly 188 sq ft, unfurnished. Open to furnishing it for the right longer-term tenant.

About the setup: it's just me. I work from home, so the house is quiet and low-key during the day. Not a party house.
I also have a dog — an 9-year-old Jack Russell/terrier mix, trained, friendly, doesn't bark.
