One room in my 4-bed house in Manor (78653), on a quiet residential street. Because I'm only renting one of the three upstairs rooms, the full upstairs bathroom is yours alone. Half bath at the bottom of the stairs as well.

The house is quiet during the day and it's not a party house, so it works well if you're out at work, travel for work, or work nights. No long lease, nothing to set up, all utilities and gig internet are in the rent. If you're relocating or here on assignment, you can be moved in this week.

$1,000/month, $950 deposit.

The room: main upstairs bedroom, roughly 188 sq ft, with the private full bath. It's empty right now, so bring your own furniture if you have it. If you need it furnished, I'll put a bed and dresser in before you move in. Just say so when you message.

Location: about 22 minutes to UT, straight shot down SH-130 to Tesla and Del Valle, about 20 minutes up SH-130 to Taylor. New HEB nearby.

About the setup: it's just me and my dog, a 9-year-old Jack Russell mix, trained and friendly, doesn't bark. I run a media business from home, so I'm around during the day, working from the office upstairs or the living room, and I'm usually on the couch some evenings. Occasional small get-togethers, nothing loud or often.
