You will have your own private bedroom upstairs in a spacious, well-maintained home. Spacious full bath that you will share with another - also a large living room upstairs with ample storage. The ideal housemates are professionals who work outside the home creating a balanced, quiet environment for everyone.

We aim to keep our footprint small and our living spaces healthy. If you love composting, saving energy, minimizing waste, and living mindfully, you’ll feel right at home here.

💰 The Details
Rent: $1,000 per month (per room).

Deposit: $250

Lease Term: 6 to 12 months (flexible options available)

Utilities: All-inclusive! (Electricity, water, gas, high-speed internet, and trash/recycling are all covered).

About the Host
You’ll be sharing the home with me—a 51-year-old male professional working in the solar and sustainability industry. I practice what I preach, love staying active, and spend as much time outdoors as possible. Because of my job, I travel a week or two every month, so you’ll frequently have the downstairs common areas entirely to yourselves. I value a clean, respectful, and environmentally conscious living space.
