Hey everyone,

I recently purchased a brand new 4 bed/3.5 bath home in Manor, TX and have a private room available for $1,100 including utilities.

I am in the process of furnishing the home (TV Stand and TV coming soon lol), but the room size is 13 ft x 13 ft with its own closet and private bathroom.

The home is in a quiet suburban area; there is some construction going on that will be finished soon! It is 5 minutes to the nearest Walmart and ~20 minutes to downtown Austin.
