Large master bedroom with modern double vanity private bath and huge master closet. Furnished with new king size bed, bean bag, chest of drawers, table/chairs. Small dog considered with extra deposit. No puppies or cats. Large backyard, quiet neighborhood, walking to food trailers and convenience stores.

You will share a 4 bedroom home with a work from home professor single mom, a sweet 12 year old boy and small dog. We garden, dance, drum, sing, play instruments, hike, bike, do art, natural/herbal medicine and indigenous ways. Boy is into computer gaming and theater as well.

Our rhythm is fairly early in the day with an early wind down during the school year. We are open to cooking together, sharing garden work or happy to leave you be. We prefer to be friends and cooperate to make both of our lives easier. Looking forward to meeting you! :)
