This nice room for rent ( the first 1 on the video) in a house with a 54 yr old male and 59 yr old female (non Couple)
We would like someone close to our age to share this house with.
It is in a very quiet area where their are wild rabbits running in the yard. Very peaceful to watch them and feed them carrots!
Covered back patio and access to the community pool and gym.

I have a 9 yr old and a 3 yr old that come/stay over on Sunday
