Hi everyone! I am listing one of two spare rooms in my 1680 sq ft house just north of Manor! The room is furnished with a queen bed and other furnishings, but can be empty for a long term renter if you have your own furniture. You'll have your own closet as well as a bathroom with shower right next to your room.

Laundry, appliances, pantry, etc are all included in the rental. Internet, and plenty of parking available!

Rent is $900, all bills included

I'm not looking for a renter with pets.

Sunsets and sunrises are lovely out here and there's plenty of room to roam if you like being outdoors!

I'm about 7 minutes from HEB and Walmart in Manor. It takes around 25-30 minutes to get to most places in Austin. Lots of growth happening in Manor, but my house is very much in the country still.

Rent can be adjusted for a couple.
