Hi everyone! I'm Ellie and I am listing one of two spare rooms in my 1680 sq ft house just north of Manor! The room is furnished with a queen bed and other furnishings, but can be empty for a long term renter if you have your own furniture. You'll have your own closet as well as a bathroom with shower right next to your room. I am a single female in my 30s and looking to rent to another female.
Laundry, appliances, pantry, etc are all included in the rental. We've got central air and heating, satellite internet, and plenty of parking as my house is on 10 acres!
Rent is $650 plus bills which should come out to around $200
I have an outside dog and cat on the property as well as a bunch of chickens. I'm not looking for a renter with pets.
Sunsets and sunrises are lovely out here and there's plenty of room to roam if you like being outdoors!
I'm about 7 minutes from Walmart in Manor and 16 minutes from HEB in Pflugerville. It takes around 30 minutes to get to most places in Austin. Lots of growth happening in Manor, including an HEB being built 6 minutes from the house!
