Hey y’all! My sister and I are looking for a new roommate to join us in our cozy 3-story townhome at Villae ATX starting January 25th 2027(I know it’s early but just putting feelers out. 🏠 The Space:
* 3 stories of modern comfort!
* 1️⃣ 1st floor: garage, front entrance & small yard
* 2️⃣ 2nd floor: kitchen, living room & my sister’s bedroom + bathroom
* 3️⃣ 3rd floor: my master, laundry, and your (UNFURNISHED) private bedroom with its own bathroom
* Parking is limited, but we do have a garage — we can figure out what setup works best.
* Preferably Pet-free home (sorry, — keeping it clean & allergy-friendly).
* Must be 18-30
* Stable income
* ALL GENDERS WELCOMED
**Must have income verifying $3.1k a month for Property Management Approval**

👭 About Us:�We’re two sisters — I’m 24, she’s 28 — both pretty laid back and respectful. We mostly keep to our rooms but love to hang out with our shared friend group now and then (nothing crazy or late-night).
* I work almost every day🌅
* My sister mainly works overnight 🌙 and sleeps during the day — she’s a heavy sleeper, but we try to be mindful of noise in the kitchen/living room.
If you’re easygoing, responsible, and cool with a calm home vibe, we’ll get along great.

💰 Rent & Details:
* Move-in: Dec 1st - until Jan 1st 2028 (1 year lease)
* Rent: ~$790/month
* Deposit: $667
* Application fee: $75 required by Villae ATX (handled directly through the complex)

Total move in dues: $1479
Total payment every month(including ALL averaging utilities): ~$760-$790
