Hey y’all! My sister and I are looking for a new roommate to join us in our cozy 3-story townhome at Villae ATX starting December 1st. If you’re clean, chill, and looking for a relaxed living situation with friendly roommates — keep reading 👇

🏠 The Space:
* 3 stories of modern comfort!
* 1️⃣ 1st floor: garage, front entrance & small yard
* 2️⃣ 2nd floor: kitchen, living room & my sister’s bedroom + bathroom
* 3️⃣ 3rd floor: my master, laundry, and your private bedroom with its own bathroom
* Parking is limited, but we do have a garage — we can figure out what setup works best.
* Pet-free home (sorry, no pets — keeping it clean & allergy-friendly).
* Must be 21+
* Stable income
* Not gender specific

👭 About Us:
We’re two sisters — I’m 23, she’s 27 — both pretty laid back and respectful. We mostly keep to our rooms but love to hang out with our shared friend group now and then (nothing crazy or late-night).
* I work early mornings 4 days a week 🌅
* My sister works overnight 🌙 and sleeps during the day — she’s a heavy sleeper, but we try to be mindful of noise in the kitchen/living room.
If you’re easygoing, responsible, and cool with a calm home vibe, we’ll get along great.

💰 Rent & Details:
* Move-in: December 1st
* Rent: ~$780-$820/month (includes base rent + average utilities)
* Deposit: $667
* Additional costs: gas, renters insurance & Wi-Fi (separate) ~$60 per roommate
* Application fee: $75 required by Villae ATX (handled directly through the complex)
* Total payment for Dec. 1st $1479. Monthly payment with Rent, Utilities, Wifi, & Renters Insurance after Dec 1st $780-$820).
** Must make a MINIMUM of $3.1k a month and have the verification to prove it to the property manager. (This was the standard for all applicants in home)
