This is a luxury apartment complex 10 minutes away from the downtown. We have found a home and will be leaving the apartment unfurnished. We are open to negotiate pricing for the apartment to split. he base rent is $1879/mo with utilities ranging from $50-$100/mo. We live on the 4th floor and have 3.5 months until our lease is over. Current apartments in our complex for the same floor plan are starting at around ~$2,300/mo.
An application will need to be filled out and submitted to the leasing office. Our lease is up on 10/8/2026, so if the tenant decides to renew after that, that is up to you.
