I have a private bedroom available in my apartment in North Austin, conveniently located near the Tuscany area and Highway 290.

The current roommate will be moving out around the end of October or beginning of November, and I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to take over the room.

About Me

I’m friendly, respectful, and easygoing. Because of my work schedule, I’m usually not at the apartment for most of the day. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, staying active, and doing activities outdoors, so I’m generally pretty independent and spend a good amount of time outside the apartment.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with.

I also have a partner who occasionally stays over at my apartment, just as I sometimes stay at his place. I wanted to mention this upfront so there are no surprises, and I hope this would be comfortable and not an issue for a potential roommate. Of course, I’m respectful of shared spaces and would expect the same from anyone living here.

I’m open to meeting first, showing you the apartment, and seeing if we would be a good fit as roommates.
