You can enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Behind my house is an 82-acre park and wilderness with trails, waterfalls, butterflies, and wildflowers behind my house.

I have a newly refurbished, large house in an upscale, very safe neighborhood, and I rent out a furnished bedroom with a miniature refrigerator and private bath. The room includes a computer desk, chair, and footrest. The room is 18 ft x 13 ft. There is garage parking.

I have a multi-level deck that runs the entire length of the house and a fenced yard. There is a large outdoor dining table and grill.

The rent is $1,200 a month with a $200 deposit. And there is a $200 pet deposit and $30 monthly pet rent charge. $100 is refundable when you leave. The rent includes water, electricity, network, Wi-Fi and trash removal.

I have loving and very friendly dogs and cats. I welcome pets.

I have had all the COVID-19 vaccine and both booster and a flu shot. I respect my renter’s privacy and am very laid back.
