Current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease (ends on 9/30/2026), so his room will become available at that time. If things work out well there is an opportunity to sign a long-term lease later.
• Rent: $550 + utilities (averages to $150/person/month), ~$700/month, total
• Private bedroom, shared bathroom, off-street / driveway parking spot
• No smoking.
• No pets, sorry.

• Neighborhood pool & hot tub
• Google Fiber internet
• A large kitchen (w/gas stove), two living rooms, power cage / weight set (yes, we're bachelors, so sue us 🤣), a shaded backyard with wraparound deck/patio
• Within walking distance to Walnut Creek Park hike and bike trails

About us:
• We're a house of working professionals in our 20s/30s. We're mostly introverts, but we are fairly chill / laid back and do enjoy each other's company.
• Two of us attend the same church, so we sometimes host small groups at the house for gatherings. Although a few times a year we will host larger parties out on the deck when the weather is nice.

Requirements per our landlord:
• Proof of income from last three months (or financial aid, if a university student)
• Copy of renters insurance policy declarations page
• Copy of current vehicle registration with license plate number (for HOA parking registration)
