Hi everyone! I'm looking for a respectful, responsible roommate to rent one of our upstairs bedrooms on a month-to-month lease.

The home is a clean, quiet two-story house shared by a small group of guys. My best friend and I are both disabled and share the downstairs master bedroom, while the two upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Rent: $850/month – ALL utilities included!

Transportation is convenient. Capital Metro Pickup service is available in the area for inexpensive local trips, and Metro bus routes and rideshare services make getting around Austin easy.
