Furnished Room In North Austin

I’m looking for somebody willing to live with me and my Labrador. He’s 9 and a reformed Pandemic Dog. Open to another dog.
The room includes a Purple adjustable twin-bed, nightstand, dresser, tv, desk, computer (if wanted), smart lights, and a FireStick.
The house has acoustic pianos, wireless networks, security cameras, driveway parking, laser printer, resident consultant/technician, a Labrador, and always working computers.
A new fence around back yard will be built in coming weeks. I’ve lived in the house for 11 years and use a wheelchair at times, thus it looks a little lived in.
I do computer consulting, make music, write, and fabricate things as necessary when possible. Common areas are professionally cleaned throughout the week.
I have no video of me or the house, so I’ll give a boring video of my Labrador with some of my music. It’s long, informative, and useless.
$650 a month (plus bills)
