I’m looking for a gal to move into an old 2 story, 3 bed/ 2 full bath town house in North Austin.

My current housemate is relocating for work. It is for a year lease, ending July 31, 2026.

The house is in a great location near the Walnut Creek Park and hiking trails, banks, HEB close to Mopac and Parmer, and Parmer and I-35, as well as lots of nearby places to eat, and for shopping, the Domain is 5-7 minutes drive time.

Rent is $675, not including utilities. There is an application fee, standard background check, too.

A little about me: I am a teacher, involved with my church; I attend the Austin Stone, and in my free time I enjoy talking on the phone, reading, and singing karaoke!

The picture of the room with the bed and nightstand is the furnished bedroom. The picture of the empty room is the unfurnished bedroom. Both rooms are the same size. The Full bathroom next to the furnished bedroom, would be shared space between you and a potential third housemate🧍. The bedroom 🛏️ is furnished, however, it doesn’t have to be. Those things can be removed. The living room 🛋️ and kitchen🍽️ are furnished, but flexible. 👍
You will also have access to a washer and dryer unit 🧺, as well as room for storage in the garage, and driveway parking.
