There is a shared living room and kitchen, both fully furnished. You will have your own private room/bathroom. A garage is available for either parking or storage. Central A/C and heating, in unit washer/dryer as well as dishwasher.

I am a quiet and tidy roommate. I am working on finishing my PhD at UT and when I can sneak away from work I like to rock climb or ride bicycles. I meal prep on Sundays so the kitchen will always be open during the week. I'm looking for a respectful and active roommate to share this amazing home with.
