2/2.5 townhouse ten mins from DT

I’m looking for a tenant or tenants to replace me from my lease. The property is on the east side of Austin. Very busy location. Quiet neighborhood. Each room has its own closet, balcony and bathroom. There’s a smaller bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is carpet and below is wood flooring. There a fireplace, perfect for Austin winters. Landlord is very friendly. Pets are welcome.

Rent is 1500 with 150 included for pest/ trash/ water each mont. I put down a $500 deposit. I will add you to the lease and remove myself. Late charge after 3rd is $50 and after the 8th is $100. They are easy going if you just communicate with them.

There two parking spaces, a pool on site and mail area. Unit comes with a W/D. Dishwasher. Fridge. Oven. Microwave.

I am moving out the 5/17. Kitchen and living space is big.

I have WiFi in my name but would be happy to transfer it over to you. Electric you would have to set up.

My lease is up in Dec 2026. Welcome to stay longer just have to communicate with the landlord.

The property is very close to downtown and the airport.

I’m asking for 1350 for move in date. And everything is transferred over to you.
