1 bed + 1 bath + office space

Hi there,

I’m looking to rent out my full apartment for the time being till June 2026. I will be moving back to California so the place would be all yours. I will leave you all my furniture and appliances/supplies to use at your disposal. I’ll also offer paying 1st month rent, pay the wifi, and give you my parking pass which is $200. You can look up Azul Lakeshore apartments to get a better look but it’s located right across from the Oracle building in East Riverside. Right next to the lake/trails and only a 5 minute drive from downtown. It’s also very quiet most of the time so it’s nice to have minimal sound. Very safe and clean as well.
