Looking for two Roommates in East Austin

I currently reside in a fairly large 3-bedroom house in East Central Austin, pretty close to the Sahara Lounge. One roommate is currently living here with me, but will be moving out of Bedroom 1 at the end of September 2026. I'm searching for two eventual roommates with some moving flexibility who can take over (either) Bedroom 1 or BR 2 in mid-to-late October of 2026.

BEDROOM 1: This bedroom measures 12 feet by 10 feet (120 square feet), with an 8-foot ceiling. There is a dedicated private bathroom directly adjacent to the bedroom. All closet spaces are 8 feet tall, with carpet flooring in the bedroom and bed closet, and tile flooring in the bathroom and bath closet. The cost for rent is $650 per month (All Bills Paid, including Internet). A deposit of $650 plus the first month's rent ($1300 total) will be required upon move-in.

BEDROOM 2: This bedroom has its own private bathroom contained exclusively in its total bed and bath space (ensuite bathroom) - You must enter the bedroom first to gain access to the bathroom, but the bathroom is still its own separate room space, and there is a door between the bedroom and bathroom. I marked this bedroom size as large, but feel 'modest medium' is the most accurate size description - The bedroom measures 15 feet by 10 feet (150 square feet), with an 8-foot ceiling. There are two closet spaces connected to the bedroom space, as well as a spacious utility closet connected to the bathroom. There is tile flooring in the bathroom and utility closet, and these areas are again all 8 feet tall. The cost for rent is $825 per month (All Bills Paid, including Internet). A deposit of $800 plus the first month's rent ($825) will be required upon move-in.

THE HOUSE: I strive to maintain good Kitchen and Living Room (Shared Area) cleanliness in the common areas of the house. Bedroom and bathroom areas are private and you may treat them however you wish (within reason), but the kitchen and community/shared living room areas are kept clean and organized. This is an absolute requirement to live here (with reasonable leeway), but if you are not already pretty diligent about cleaning up after yourself regularly, you will likely be better off looking elsewhere. There is no tobacco smoking in the house, and pets are absolutely not allowed. The shared space areas of the house are fully furnished, but you will need to furnish the bedroom yourself, as well as provide your own cookware and dishware. Each roommate has their own dedicated fridge, freezer, kitchen cabinet, and pantry areas in the kitchen. Other house amenities include a clothes washer and dryer (inside and readily accessible), a fire-pit area behind the house, and adequate attic and crawl-space areas for additional storage above and below the house itself.

As stated above, I am searching for two eventual roommates to move into either bedroom (one apiece) anytime moving forward beginning on Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 for Bedroom 1 and Tuesday, October 27th for Bedroom 2. Negotiating a later move-in date (ideally no later than beginning of December 2026; end-of-2026 at the latest) is possible if you cannot move in right away, so feel free to be up-front about your moving situation.
