Luxurious 25F High-Rise Living with 1251 sqft

Looking for a roommate to share a 2B2B with me in Downtown Austin!

It’s at **Sienna at Thompson**, around 5th & Brazos, on the **25th floor**. The unit is **1,251 sqft**, corner unit, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a really nice view.

Rent comes out to about **$2,302/month per person**, including the amenity fee and unreserved parking. Utilities are separate.

Normally it would be closer to $2,800/person, but the building is offering **10 weeks free**, so $2,302 is the effective monthly price after the concession.

The lease is **13 months starting 9/19**.

The building is connected to the Thompson Hotel, so the amenities are really nice — pool, gym, restaurants, bars, common areas, and even a golf simulator.

The downside is that there’s a little more foot traffic in the building because of the hotel, but personally I don’t think it’s a big deal.

Parking is 3 floors underground with direct elevator access, and there are plenty of EV chargers too.

It’s also pretty close to 6th Street, but since the unit is high up and the windows are well insulated, I couldn’t really hear much street noise from inside.

I already paid the $500 application fee to secure the unit, so now I’m trying to find someone who’d be a good fit to live with.

A little about me:

I’ve been in Austin working as an engineer for about a year and a half.

I’m pretty clean and organized. Funny enough, I actually started a home organization / professional organizer training startup with some friends back in Taiwan, so keeping a place clean is kind of my thing lol.

Outside of work I’m pretty easygoing. I like hanging out with people, playing guitar, tennis, cooking, and just doing random stuff around Austin.

I don’t smoke and I rarely drink.

Mostly just looking for someone chill, respectful, and reasonably clean.
